The Supervisor Software Product Development plays a critical role in connecting business priorities with the technology that enables them. Leading a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and business analysts, this role is accountable for the delivery, reliability, and ongoing evolution of key software products that support our Software Product Development (SPD) portfolio. The Supervisor ensures solutions are delivered with quality, efficiency, and timeliness, while providing leadership across delivery, financial oversight, and continuous improvement of development and operational practices. What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage the SWIFTLINK 2 and MALCOM team to deliver end‑to‑end software development, enhancements, and sustainment aligned with technology roadmaps.
  • Champion modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, secure‑by‑design) to improve delivery quality, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Provide delivery leadership across project and sustainment work, ensuring transparent progress tracking, predictable outcomes, and timely risk escalation.
  • Engage proactively with business stakeholders, TIS partners, and SMEs to clarify requirements and deliver measurable business value.
  • Maintain strong alignment between business objectives and product capabilities, prioritizing features that maximize value, reliability, and performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Solution Architects, TIS application teams, and Shared Services to ensure integrated solution delivery.
  • Ensure Critical Level 1 applications meet or exceed SLAs, maintaining high standards for availability, performance, and observability.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate delivery and operational risks; perform impact analysis and maintain actionable risk registers.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, security baselines, and technology governance requirements.
  • Oversee ServiceNow processes, including incident, change, and release management, SLA tracking, and CMDB accuracy.
  • Plan, execute, and continuously improve disaster recovery and system failover strategies, including regular testing.
  • Mentor, coach, and lead team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

Who You Are:

Required:

  • University degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field. An equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 7+ years of IT experience with a solid focus on application development, sustainment, and support across enterprise systems, including 2–3 years in a leadership role with direct client or customer engagement and delivery accountability.
  • Strong hands‑on background as an application developer or architect, with proficiency in modern programming languages, development frameworks, web applications, and relational databases.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Application Development Lifecycle, including custom and vendor platforms, operating systems, secure coding practices, and software governance.
  • Proven ability to lead and direct application teams in solving complex, dynamic problems and delivering solutions that support critical business decisions.
  • Experience demonstrating modern technologies and cloud infrastructure to optimize application performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly language and manage priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑initiative environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience developing and supporting applications for Order to Cash processes.
  • Experience of projects execution using Agile SCRUM methodology.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office environment.
  • May require after hours availability or response.
  • May require travel (US and Canada).
