Who you are You are a technical leader with a passion for problem-solving and customer success. The Solutions Engineer thrives in an environment where AI is at the core of how we work and scale. You are driven by curiosity and eager to navigate the evolving world of data security. You are equally comfortable presenting to stakeholders as you are diving into technical details. You like seeing your ideas in action and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with clients and partners.

What you will do As a Solutions Engineer , your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Act as the trusted technical advisor for our customers and partners, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of Qohash solutions.
  • Participate in meetings with prospects, customers, and partners to deeply understand their technical and business needs and ensure readiness for proof of value engagements or solution presentations.
  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enable customers and partners, helping them fully leverage and advocate for our platform.
  • Deliver standard product demonstrations, showcasing key features, use cases, and value propositions, while also supporting the sales team and partners with essential technical knowledge and resources.
  • Provide high-quality technical support, empowering our partners and customers to promote and implement our solutions successfully.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Qohash's product suite, the data security market, and competitor landscape, using this insight to position our solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product Management by providing feedback on product performance, feature enhancements, and emerging customer needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support partner-led sales initiatives, joint sales engagements, and the creation of compelling technical proposals and documentation.

What your resume shows Must Haves

  • A strong alignment with our core values
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar role within the cybersecurity industry, with a focus on Data Security Posture Management (DSPM)
  • 2+ years of experience in solving complex software, cloud technologies, or IT infrastructure problems
  • 2+ years of project management experience in complex technical environments
  • Experience working directly with external and internal stakeholders (strong communication and presentation skills)
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with Public Sector Accounts
  • Experience running AI led workshops
  • Experience crafting technical documentation and proposals
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CISM, Networking, AWS, Azure)
  • Preference for candidates residing in Quebec or Ontario
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Bilingual in English and French
