We are seeking a skilled and safety‑focused High-Rise Window Cleaner to join our professional team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working at heights, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to deliver exceptional results on commercial and residential high-rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Perform exterior window cleaning on high‑rise buildings using rope access, swing stage, and/or bosun chair methods Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements Inspect, maintain, and prepare cleaning equipment and rigging gear Communicate effectively with site supervisors and building management Ensure high-quality cleaning standards and client satisfaction Maintain awareness of weather conditions and job site hazards Qualifications
Proficiency with rope access and/or suspended access systems Valid certifications (e.g., IRATA, SPRAT, Working at Heights, Fall Arrest) — preferred but not always required Strong physical fitness and comfort working at extreme heights Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety Experience working at heights is a must Experience cleaning windows preferred but not required What We Offer
