The Opportunity
We are seeking motivated, proactive, and team-driven individuals to join our growing team in our Oakville office. Position Summary
Urbantech is currently seeking a Contract Administrator with experience in the municipal and subdivision development field. The successful candidate will support project teams through all phases of contract administration, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare contract and tender documents
- Assist with preparing cost estimates
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurements
- Review and prepare contractors’ progress payment certificates
- Assist with letter of credit reduction requests on behalf of clients
- Provide support and attend limited field inspections, as required
- Perform siting and plot plan reviews
- Stay up to date with relevant policies, guidelines, and new technologies
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and other professional consultants
Qualifications & Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or
Construction Management (preferred)
- Experience in the municipal and/or land development industry is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
