This a PART Time job with no guaranteed hours
On-call snow crew members typically work 30-50 hours a month, and must be available for every snow event, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. They receive a small amount standby pay for being available, and a retention bonus for completing the whole season.

ROLE DETAILS:

On-call from November 11 to April 13

Work in pairs with snow throwers, blowers, spreaders, and shovels

Apply ice melt to sidewalks, entrances, and stairs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Physically fit and ready to work in tough conditions
- Snow removal experience is a plus, but not required
