Job Overview An excellent opportunity exists to join our dynamic growing company as a Pricing Coordinator on a part-time basis (Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.). The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing all supporting documents arriving from fund accountants for accuracy, entering prices provided into system on a timely basis and with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring the distribution of pricing information to various parties, and providing back-up support for the team.
Critical Requirements
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Must be flexible to work on Canadian and US Holidays
- Must be flexible to work more hours during peak accounting cycles such as, Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end Excellent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses knowledge of the mutual fund industry and the administrative Backoffice
- Relationship builder – constructs, maintains, nourishes relationships with all stakeholders and creates an environment to sustain high motivation within team
- Ability to multi-task – adjusts to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and ongoing changes
- Takes a logical approach to analyzing problems. Systematically researches information and explores alternatives to solve problems
- Possesses strong organizational skills
- Prioritization – ability to organize workflow in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities within specified timeframes
- Proactive in acquiring information to develop new skills to improve job performance. Grasps new material quickly and easily, and applies new information, concepts and procedures in a constructive manner
Important Requirements
- Experience with MS Office applications. Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Beneficial
- Knowledge of TA2000 and iFAST
