We’re an online music education brand on a mission to create more musicians and keep them playing longer.
We are looking for a Video Specialist to help us create compelling videos to educate and entertain our students and the greater public. Video Specialists are responsible for the success of video production, for content produced by Musora, and its brands. This includes a heavy focus on video editing. The ideal Video Specialists are highly motivated, adaptable and has a high level of initiative.

The salary range for this role is $65-77,000.00. Most candidates can expect an offer toward the lower to mid-part of the range, depending on experience and alignment with the role’s requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties:
- Responsible for editing of all video content types
- Media asset management for raw and finalized footage
- Instills and trains our methods for junior staff
- Collaborating with stakeholders including but not limited to Project Managers, Marketing Managers, Studio Manager, Education Coordinators and Curriculum Director for all content types.
- Quality control/proofing of edited content
Key Responsibilities:

Owning the production workflow, which includes pre-production and design, production and post production, whilst having a high level of initiative and the ability to solve problems.

Ensuring all data and footage are securely transferred and standard operating procedures followed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Knowledge/Education/Experience
- 5+ years of continuous experience in film/video production.
- Highly skilled in post-production workflows and editing videos.
- Skilled in operating cameras for film shoots in-house and offsite.
- Proficient in the English language (verbal and written).
