This summer you could work for one of Levi Strauss & Co.'s iconic brands! Our Fostering Influential Talent (F.I.T.) Internship Program give students real-world exposure to one of the world's leading fashion and apparel companies. Our Summer F.I.T. Program is based at a LS&Co. office and is the perfect way to gain work experience in the core of the organization, while learning what a career at LS&Co. might have in store for you.
In addition to daily responsibilities, all F.I.T. Interns will participate in summer project in their department to support an important business initiative and work with various areas of our business and our brands. Leadership seminars and career exploration learning series connect our interns to our leaders and provide exposure to different career paths internally.
NOTICE: For this role, we presently are seeking candidates who will not require Company visa sponsorship for the internship program, or for a potential follow-up offer of regular employment. Candidates who require such visa sponsorship will not be considered. For any roles working remotely, the work must also be performed inside Canada, not in a foreign country.
About The Role
- As an E-Commerce Intern, you will support the Levi’s® Canada digital team across key areas such as our Red Tab™ Loyalty Program and the online shopping experience on our website and mobile app.
- This role is a great opportunity to discover how an international brand manages its e-commerce operations, from loyalty engagement to product presentation and site updates.
- You will report directly to the Head of E-Commerce and work closely with the Marketing & Loyalty Lead and the Site Merchandising Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Red Tab™ Loyalty activities, including member offers, campaign setup, and basic performance tracking.
- Help update and maintain the Levi’s® website and app, ensuring products, visuals, and content are accurate and engaging.
- Participate in competitive research to identify new trends in loyalty programs and online retail experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and premium brand experience online.
About You
- Experience with Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP's
- Located in the Greater Toronto, Canada Area
- Passion for the Levi's brand and LS&Co. ways of working
- Driver's license and access to an automotive vehicle
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program or graduate program
- Expected Graduation date Spring 2027
- Eligible to work in Canada and provide proof of work authorization
- Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge
