Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Prepare weekly reports on sales activity, schedule and organize meetings, and maintain sales presentations and materials.
- CRM Management: Ensure accuracy of CRM data, including contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks, and follow-ups; generate reports to track sales progress.
- Industry Research: Monitor industry news, analyze market trends, and maintain competitive analysis to inform sales strategy and business development.
- Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with internal teams to develop newsletters, draft professional social media posts, support lead-generation campaigns, and assist with client event logistics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in revenue analytics and data visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed.
