About the Role
The Technical Records Controller is a key member of the Quality Assurance team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of aircraft maintenance records. This role supports continued airworthiness by managing current and historical technical records, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring all maintenance activities are accurately reflected within the Computerized Maintenance Tracking System (CMTS).
Key Responsibilities

Review completed maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Maintain current and historical aircraft records in electronic and hard‑copy formats.
-
Accurately enter, review, and validate maintenance data within the Computerized Maintenance Tracking System (eMRO or equivalent).

Generate maintenance reports, forecasts, and system printouts as required.

Monitor Airworthiness Directives (ADs) to ensure accurate compliance status, postings, and tracking of initial, repetitive, and terminating actions.

Ensure component and assembly constraints are correctly tracked in the CMTS, including TSN, TSI, CSN, and CSI.

Ensure component and assembly Airworthiness Directives are tracked with applicable engineering controls within the CMTS.

Maintain accurate assembly records and files for engines, QEC, APU, and landing gear.

Identify, communicate, and report record discrepancies, including logbook variances with internal departments.

File, scan, and archive maintenance documentation.

Perform all duties with a strong commitment to safety and promptly report any condition, process, or trend that may adversely affect safety.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Records or Aircraft Maintenance Records environment.

High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
-
Experience using computer-based maintenance tracking systems (e.g., eMRO or similar).
