Description
The anticipated start date for the role is September 2026, with an expected 4 to 8 month term. However, a variety of start dates and durations for this role are possible. Feel free to indicate your availability on your application. The pay range for this position is $27.25-$27.75 per hour.
KEY JOB ELEMENTS:
Support the development of a GDLS Digital Workforce through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation tools/techniques as required. Convert existing manual and/or repeatable business processes into automated or partially automated solutions. Match an appropriate solution to the business process. Recognize business requirements to determine actionable automation solutions Work with assigned business analyst and integrate within the existing framework to provide seamless value-added services Responsible for the automation development cycle including: Development of automation solutions based on defined user requirements, including risk and error handling protocols Testing and troubleshooting Production monitoring Enhancement deployment Support design and update of internal communication portal content
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Working towards a university degree/college diploma in Computer Science or related field of study Strong technical knowledge of automation best practices (ability to code) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Desire to innovate, continually improve existing process and develop new methodologies Ability to work with a sense of urgency Ability to work proactively with a focus on execution
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated experience with RPA utilizing Automation Anywhere (preferred), and potentially other coding including but not limited to Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, HTML, etc.

The conditions in which an individual or staff works, including but not limited to such things as amenities, physical environment, stress and noise levels, degree of safety or danger, temperature,
location.

Physical Demands Description:
Usual mobility demands required are standing, walking, sitting, and stair climbing to access upper offices.

Personal Protective Equipment:
Applicable when interacting with shop floor (safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection. extraction coveralls)
