We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Analyst on the Application Support Team in our Richardson Building located in Winnipeg. As a member of the Application Support Team, you will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting and documentation of Richardson delivered applications.
Responsibilities
- Providing troubleshooting and issue resolution by diagnosing user-reported application problems, identifying root causes, applying fixes, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assisting users with application usage by offering guidance, answering questions, and helping them understand best practices .
- Documenting incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system, keeping clear records of actions taken, and communicating updates to users and team members.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Technical Analyst or in a related technical support role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, with an interest in business workflows and systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
