We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Analyst on the Application Support Team in our Richardson Building located in Winnipeg. As a member of the Application Support Team, you will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting and documentation of Richardson delivered applications.

Responsibilities

  • Providing troubleshooting and issue resolution by diagnosing user-reported application problems, identifying root causes, applying fixes, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Assisting users with application usage by offering guidance, answering questions, and helping them understand best practices .
  • Documenting incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system, keeping clear records of actions taken, and communicating updates to users and team members.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Technical Analyst or in a related technical support role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, with an interest in business workflows and systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
