About the role

Location: Canusa Headquarters

Type of Employment: Full-time, permanent

Hours:

  • 40 to 44 hours/week, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional overtime depending on business needs
  • Occasional travel, including overnight business trips, may be required

Position Summary
The Technology & Data Support Coordinator will focus on pricing, part numbers, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support, while also assisting with technical and administrative tasks across the IT department. This is an entry-level role that offers strong growth potential, with opportunities to expand into broader IT and ERP functions in the future.

The successful candidate will bring solid Excel and Office 365 proficiency, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Experience with ERP systems and aftermarket auto parts knowledge are valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize part number pricing, new part number additions, supersedes, and substitutions
  • Coordinate and schedule price changes, updates, and new product numbers using project management tools
  • Accurately analyze and revise Excel files with high attention to detail
  • Perform regular data entry and maintain accuracy in ERP pricing and product files
  • Work with the Cataloguing Specialist when needed to ensure alignment between pricing and cataloguing data
  • Support other staff and customers within our ERP environment
  • Run and create reports; format and convert into Excel for distribution
  • Collaborate with other departments (Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, Marketing) to meet deadlines
  • Develop and support effective communication with all team members
  • Define and document procedures according to agreed methodology
  • Manage files, control sheets, price files, and other records
  • Sort and file daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and reports
  • Assist with IT procedures for onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Assist with computer set up processes
  • Assist with phone support and office process coordination as required
  • Manage IT calendars, ensuring proper scheduling of meetings, deadlines, and system updates
  • Monitor and manage IT tickets in Freshservice, coordinating with staff to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with IT support of cellular phones, Radio Frequency (RF) scanners, and printers
  • Track and manage project tasks in collaboration with the IT Manager and CIO, ensuring staff remain on schedule and projects are updated promptly
  • As needed, respond appropriately to emergencies and urgent issues, helping manage consequences
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • College diploma in Business, Administration, IT, or related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and email etiquette
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset with ability to learn new systems
  • High integrity and ability to manage confidential information

Preferred Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, or similar)
  • Knowledge of aftermarket auto parts and pricing structures
  • Familiarity with data imports/exports and ERP reporting
  • Exposure to IT systems (Active Directory, Intune, ticketing tools)
  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools (Basecamp, Jira, MS Project)

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Ability to work 40–44 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (for IT equipment, files, or office supplies)
  • Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, twist, and bend as required
  • Strong manual dexterity to operate office and warehouse equipment
  • Ability to understand, respond to, and work effectively with a diverse population across office, warehouse, and retail environments
