Your future duties and responsibilities

Your role:

As a member of the Montréal AI Practice, you will leverage your analytical and scientific expertise to design and deliver data-driven solutions.
You will apply your knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to generate high-value insights for our clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze, clean, and structure diverse datasets;
• Design, train, and validate robust and interpretable ML/DL models;
• Assess the quality and relevance of data (profiling, bias, class balance);
• Present results clearly and visually to stakeholders;
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and MLOps teams for production deployment;
• Ensure model transparency and explainability (SHAP, LIME);
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of models in production.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Profile sought:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, AI, or a related field;

• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in applied data science;

• Strong skills in modeling and model validation;

• Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technological environment:
Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), R, SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Azure ML, Hugging Face, spaCy, SHAP, LIME, LLMs.
