Position Overview:
Compugen is seeking a Business Analyst for a 18 month hybrid contract. You will be required to work in the office 40% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the configuration and lifecycle of key Microsoft 365 applications.
- Develop and maintain governance policies for Microsoft 365.
- Develop and recommend Microsoft Teams custom policies, channel structures, and permission settings.
- Develop conditional access policy user story, user case creation, testing scenarios and results feedback.
- Support business operations and user adoption across a hybrid IP telephony environment using tools like SmartTAP, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Contact Centre, and room devices from Cisco, Lenovo, and Logitech.
- Provide business support and analysis for IP telephony systems in power plant environments, ensuring high availability and compliance with safety-critical communication protocols.
- Contribute to the design and oversight of call group configurations and emergency call routing, aligned with operational control room requirements and plant safety procedures.
- Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and optimize IP phone configurations across large-scale industrial environments, balancing performance, user needs, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to configure and maintain Cisco Contact Centre solutions, including call routing logic, agent skill groups, and queue management.
- Participate in vendor evaluation and rollout of SmartTAP recording solutions, ensuring compliance with enterprise call recording policies and regulatory standards.
- Serve as liaison between technical teams and business users for M365 feature enablement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Education/Certifications
- University Degree in a related field. A suitable combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
- CBAP certified
Experience:

Ability to understand complex processes and complex business rules.

Ability to translate technical processes into business language.

Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database, and system design.

Proven testing skills and techniques
-
Proven documentation skills
-
Proven communication and facilitation skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Experience with SDLC best practices.

Able to function within a high level of activity (working with deadlines on several concurrent initiatives).

Experience writing and maintaining test strategies and test plans.
-
Experience creating and prioritizing test scenarios to ensure proper test coverage.
-
Experience creating/identifying/reviewing and executing manual test scripts.
-
Experience logging defects and enhancements.

Procurement Document Experience

Ability to work with a team as well as independently to complete deliverables within established time-lines
