As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the Global Manager, Supply Planning Process will play a pivotal role in shaping the way McCain delivers value across our global supply chain.
About The Role. Reporting to the Director, Global Supply Chain Planning Transformation, this role will represent a specific function (e.g., Demand Planning, Aggregate Supply Planning, Detailed Scheduling) throughout the implementation of best-in-class planning technology. Acting as the subject matter expert for their area, the successful candidate will ensure all solution design decisions are aligned to globally consistent processes—driving integration, efficiency, and scalability across McCain’s network.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role—ideal for someone ready to influence global operations and make a tangible difference.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto Corporate office.
What You’ll Be Doing.
- Drive technology and process solution design for your specific area of focus.
- Ensure comprehensive testing is completed within your domain.
- Identify change management needs and partner with the Organizational Change Management team to plan and manage adoption.
- Leverage internal insights, external benchmarks, and industry trends to design a best-in-class solution.
- Translate business requirements and priorities into intuitive, user-friendly system capabilities.
- Ensure alignment between ERP and planning technology solution design and the globally consistent S&OP process.
- Collaborate with global and regional subject matter experts to incorporate feedback into solution design.
- Prioritize system usability and end-user adoption in all stages of design.
- Escalate cross-functional decisions and challenges to the Transformation Leadership Team as needed.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supply chain planning or related experience.
- Experience in process mapping and design.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Proven collaboration skills across multiple functions and regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a bias for action.
- Experience with ERP and/or planning technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).

Compensation Package : $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
