PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a full time permanent Assembler for the Manufacturing Department to support second shift operations (4:00 pm - 12:30 am).
Must be able to train on first shift (7:30 am - 4:00 pm) for approximately 2-4 weeks before moving onto second shift.
- This position offers a $0.75 per hour shift differential for second shift hours of operation (4:00 pm - 12:30 am).***
Responsibilities
- Perform all responsibilities in areas of hand assembly.
- Perform inspection of assembled boards.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent desired.
- Able to use small hand tools and microscope.
- Must be able to read diagrams/ product schematics.
- Ability to effectively read, write and communicate using the English language.
