Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (1-2 days/week) Pay Rate: $39.21/hr - $46.28/hr Contract Length: 12 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, personalized client communications across digital channels, including email, CRM, and app-based messaging. The role involves translating business objectives and briefs into compelling, brand-aligned creative while operating within a regulated financial environment. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, copy, product, compliance) within agile squads, ensuring all designs meet accessibility standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include concept development, layout design, production execution, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Must Have Requirement

5-7 Years - Design Experience Experience in digital design (email, CRM, lifecycle marketing, 1:1 communications) Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG / AODA)

Nice To Have

Experience working in financial services or regulated environments Familiarity with Salesforce / CRM tools Experience with Figma Agency background Exposure to agile/squad-based delivery models
