Reporting to the Wine, Spirits, and Beer Team Leader responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies, procedure, and standards in social responsibility and the selling of age restricted items relating to wine, spirits, beer, tobacco, fireworks.
- Maintain a clean and well merchandised area including dusting displays, washing shelves and bottles, sweeping, mopping. Exterior cleaning as needed.
- Operate point of sale point of sale system and other electronic devices and process sales.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure product freshness and rotation.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Who You Are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service:
- You must be 19 years of age or older; retail liquor industry sales experience is considered an asset.
- You must be willing and able to obtain Serve It Right certification.
- You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.
- You are attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills.
- You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
- You have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements; standing, performing regular heavy lifting, working in cooler temperatures.
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekend and evening work.
