Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transportation activities with warehouses in other regions in a timely manner, including return shipments, holiday transfer schedules, truck departure frequency adjustments, and vehicle tracking.
  • Conduct warehouse inspections to check transfer and loading operations, and support regional warehouses in arranging YYZ shipments, including palletizing requirements and loading sequence needs.
  • Arrange inter-warehouse transfers of goods, including but not limited to parcels and operational materials.
  • Respond promptly to unexpected issues with transfer trucks, and address warehouse data errors, route interruptions, or lost/missed scans. Escalate to management when issues cannot be resolved independently.
  • Monitor transfer vehicles and batch data across all regions, and prepare weekly summary reports on delays, lost shipments, and related issues.
  • Communicate and coordinate with carriers and partners to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
  • Update spreadsheets and shipment tracking information in a timely manner to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or international equivalent
  • Prior experience in logistics and/or warehouse settings is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Strong ability to develop, implement, and follow structured processes
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong attention to data accuracy
  • Attentive to detail, patient, and highly responsible
