What You’ll Do

We are currently accepting resumes from dedicated and energetic individuals who are looking for a position as a Yard/Delivery Driver at our Calmont Equipment Location Bobcat of Calgary, AB.
As a Yard/Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility is to keep all units clean and ready for delivery, or displayed neatly in the yard. Some job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Inspect equipment for noticeable defects and damages.
- Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.
- Park new equipment in assigned areas.
- Keep equipment lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Pick up equipment from and deliver equipment to storage or customers.
- Check all equipment to make sure they are working properly and advise Sales Manager of any problems.
- Keep unit keys stored in a secure location and ensure all units are locked.
- Pick up and deliver parts, personnel, and paperwork as required.
- Replace missing or defective small parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
DESIRED SKILLS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License is a must.
- Skid steer experience would be an asset.
- Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable driving large equipment and trucks.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Customer service skills would be an asset.
- Must be able to pull trailers.
