With over 50 years of operation, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently across the Edmonton region. Our Landscaping Division supports residential communities, municipal infrastructure, and commercial developments throughout the Edmonton area.

As part of our continuing growth, we are looking for a Field Project Coordinator to join our Landscaping Division to assist in the day-to-day coordination and execution of landscape construction projects. This position reports directly to the Project Manager and involves both field and office responsibilities across active construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordination of landscaping projects.
• Maintain regular presence on job sites to coordinate with field crews and monitor project progress.
• Collect and maintain project documentation including daily reports, quantity tracking, and field production records.
• Track installed quantities and support project reporting, cost tracking, and progress billing documentation.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure work activities proceed efficiently.
• Assist with maintaining organized project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and inspection records.
• Support job cost tracking, invoice verification, and production reporting.
• Ensure site operations comply with company safety policies and participate in safety meetings, inspections, and hazard assessments.

Requirements:

• Preference given to candidates with a diploma or degree related to construction management, civil engineering technology, landscape technology, or project management. Equivalent construction experience will also be considered.
• 1–4 years experience in construction, landscaping, or civil site development is preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and assist with field quantity verification and production tracking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively with field crews, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be comfortable working in active outdoor construction environments and traveling between job sites within the Edmonton region.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a driving record free of major infractions.

Pay Scale: $28 - $34 per hour.
