The Role

The Digital Account Manager will act as a strategic advisor and key liaison for a portfolio of B2B clients. This role blends account management and marketing strategy, leading cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that drive real business outcomes. With strong business acumen and expertise in digital marketing, this person will guide clients through complex strategies, ensure flawless execution, and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships, ensuring communication, strategy, and execution align with objectives.
  • Translate goals into data-driven marketing strategies across paid, search, and content channels.
  • Oversee campaign performance, budgets, and deliverables using tools like Asana and HubSpot.
  • Analyse data to extract insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify new opportunities, and support account growth.
  • Stay current on B2B marketing, AI, and digital best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • 3+ years in B2B account management.
  • Proven success building and managing integrated digital strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with Asana, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
  • Excellent communication and client presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities.
