Northern Valet by Indigo Park is our premium valet division, delivering exceptional valet and transportation services across Southern Ontario. Our team proudly serves many of Toronto's most prestigious restaurants, hotels, condominiums, casinos, airports, private clubs, and retail destinations by providing professional, customer-focused parking and mobility solutions.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our Downtown Toronto and Mississauga operations. As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for residents and guests while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position reports directly to the Area Manager.
What Would You Be Doing?
Safely transport residents and guests between designated pick-up and drop-off locations. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting passengers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Assist passengers with entering and exiting the shuttle safely, including providing assistance with personal belongings when appropriate. Operate the shuttle vehicle safely while complying with all traffic laws, company policies, and safe driving practices. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical or safety concerns. Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the shuttle vehicle. Communicate effectively with residents, guests, dispatch, and management regarding service updates or operational concerns. Support the Area Manager with daily operational requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
What Are the Working Conditions?
Hourly Salary: $18.00
Work Locations: Downtown Toronto and Mississauga. Company-paid parking during scheduled shifts. Work locations conveniently accessible by public transit. Must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to sit for extended periods while driving and assist passengers when required.
What Are We Looking For?
Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record. Previous professional driving and/or customer service experience is considered an asset. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Safe, responsible, and defensive driving habits. Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining exceptional service standards. Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset.
