We are seeking anexperienced Automotive Service Advisorto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who valuescustomer relationships, accuracy, and a steady, professional work environment.

###What You’ll Do

• Manageservice appointments and scheduling
• Write and maintain accuraterepair orders (ROs)
• Identify customer concerns and recommendmaintenance & repairs
• Provideclear estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Communicate repair progress and timelines
• Review completed work and invoices with customers

###AMVIC Compliance (Required)

• Follow allAMVIC and Alberta consumer protection regulations
• Ensurefull transparency in pricing and repairs
• Obtaincustomer approval before work is performed
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation

###What We’re Looking For

-1+ year Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)

• Dealership experience preferred (CDJR & PBS experience an asset)
• Strong understanding ofautomotive service & repair processes
• Experience withrepair orders, estimates, and customer communication
• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
• Valid driver’s license (manual transmission an asset)
