Full-Time | Dealership | Service Advisor
$55,000 – $80,000+ per year (Salary + Bonus)

Experienced Automotive Service Advisors Only
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values customer relationships, accuracy, and a steady, professional work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage service appointments and scheduling
- Write and maintain accurate repair orders (ROs)
- Identify customer concerns and recommend maintenance & repairs
- Provide clear estimates and obtain customer authorization
- Communicate repair progress and timelines
- Review completed work and invoices with customers
AMVIC Compliance (Required)
- Follow all AMVIC and Alberta consumer protection regulations
- Ensure full transparency in pricing and repairs
- Obtain customer approval before work is performed
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
- Dealership experience preferred (CDJR & PBS experience an asset)
- Strong understanding of automotive service & repair processes
- Experience with repair orders, estimates, and customer communication
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Valid driver’s license (manual transmission an asset)
