CareRx is Canada's leading provider of specialty pharmacy services to seniors. We serve more than 96,000 resident in over 1600 seniors and other communities (long-term care homes, retirement homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes). We are a national organization with a large network of pharmacy fulfillment centres that allows us to deliver medications in a timely and cost-effective manner. We take an active role in working with out home operator partners to promote resident health, staff education, and medication system quality and efficiency.

Your Day To Day
- Set up medication/treatment carts, and other pharmacy provided equipment/supplies with applicable documentation for deployment at facilities
- Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone
- Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing equipment/supply maintenance when required
- Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes
- Support the onboarding and off boarding of homes
- Pre-stage equipment for delivery such as: fax machines, fridges, medication carts, etc.
- Track and record CareRx assets to Salesforce inventory
- Reconditioning and storing equipment/supplies for future use
- Miscellaneous support functions as required
What You Bring To The Team:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot
- Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other team members
- Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with others in a professional manner
- Skilled in critical thought processes and be able to prioritize appropriately
- Must be self-directed requiring minimal supervision and able to work independently
- Motivated to achieve results that reflect a high standard of quality
- Must demonstrate good listening skills and be adaptable to changes in job environment
- Must be dependable and responsible in the execution of job duties
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs
