Position Purpose/Summary:

We’re looking for a creative and marketing-minded Graphic Designer with an eye for branding, layout, and user experience. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong visual storytelling with a good sense of how designs live across web, print, and merchandise.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create on-brand visuals for digital campaigns, events, printed materials, and light front-end web design (landing pages, website sections, and simple UI elements). This is a hybrid role — not full development — but you’ll help shape how our brand shows up across screens and platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design engaging marketing materials to support digital campaigns, promotions, events, and launches (social graphics, email banners, etc.)

• Create branded print materials (flyers, signage, packaging) and apparel/merch designs (T-shirts, bags, etc.)

• Design front-end layouts for websites and landing pages using tools like Figma, Webflow, or basic HTML/CSS frameworks

• Collaborate with developers or use CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace) to build or update visual components

• Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms, ensuring a strong visual identity

• Use templates and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe CC) to efficiently produce assets

• Partner with the marketing team to turn ideas into high-impact visual campaigns

• Prepare files for print production and manage relationships with print vendors as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual marketing, or a similar creative role
• Strong portfolio showing work across digital, print, and web
• Comfortable using Figma, Canva, or similar tools to design for screen and web
• Understanding of front-end web layout principles (flexbox/grid, responsive design, basic UI/UX)
• Light experience or collaboration with CMS tools (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, branding, and color
• Strong understanding of how visual design supports marketing strategy
• Organized, communicative, and comfortable working across multiple projects and teams
