Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data mapping, SQL, and data migration or integration projects. This role involves analyzing source and target data definitions, creating mappings and documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and compare source and target data definitions to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and clarify data expectations.
• Create source to target mappings, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
• Document findings and track resolution progress for identified data issues.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Maintain clear communication across time zones and teams to support project milestones.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of data structures, data mapping, and transformation logic.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in data migration or integration projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation:

• Annual salary range: $72,000 to $80,000 CAD
• Bonus eligibility based on performance
