Project Analyst, Digital Transformation (Contract) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite) Duration: 3-Month Contract Start Date: ASAP
About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Analyst to support a major digital transformation initiative currently in its delivery phase. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while supporting multiple technology workstreams, including customer-facing digital solutions, enterprise systems implementation, and enhancements to internally developed applications. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants exposure to large-scale transformation programs, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate meetings across multiple project workstreams, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, action item tracking, and follow-up. Maintain project documentation, status reports, RAID logs, decision logs, milestone trackers, and program reporting artifacts. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across internal teams and external vendors. Proactively identify issues, delays, and risks, escalating concerns appropriately and in a timely manner. Prepare project updates, executive briefings, presentations, and status summaries for leadership review. Conduct first-level analysis of project issues, organize information, and help frame potential options and recommendations. Support intake management by assessing requests, identifying priorities, and coordinating next steps. Ensure proper document management, version control, and maintenance of shared project repositories. Provide ad hoc project coordination and operational support as required throughout the transformation program lifecycle.
Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, consulting, operations, transformation, business analysis, or a related field. Recent graduates with strong internship, co-op, consulting, or leadership experience will also be considered. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing business priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. Experience working with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and AI productivity tools is an asset. Must be available to work onsite in Toronto 3–4 days per week for the duration of the contract.
