PFC Flexible Circuits Limited, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Production Test Tech who will perform electronic and electro ‑ mechanical assembly and testing of complex units using established processes and equipment. As the final quality checkpoint in manufacturing, this individual will ensure PCBs and assemblies meet required standards through hands ‑ on troubleshooting and automated testing in accordance with assembly process travelers and assembly process specification sheets.
This individual will support afternoon shift operations (3:30pm to 12:00am).
- This position offers a $0.75 per hour shift differential for second shift hours of operation (3:30 pm - 12:00 am).***
Responsibilities
- Operate various test equipment and tools to perform electrical and/or functional testing on company products in accordance with test procedures and work instructions.
- Determine if product passes all test requirements and set parts aside for verification as indicated by test equipment.
- Perform verification on parts using various equipment (multimeter, scope etc.) to ensure they meet customer electrical requirements.
- Collect and maintain test data to fill corresponding sections in production documentation and electrical test certificate.

- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- High school diploma desired.
- Experience related to electrical/electronic testing experience desired.
- Familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., optical measurement microscope, calipers, pin gage, microscope reticle, digital multi-meter) and test tools (e.g. High voltage power supply, Multimeters) desired.
- Knowledge of basic electronic theory, testing techniques and testing equipment desired.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and ability to perform highly repetitive tasks.
- Ability to perform data collection and keep accurate records consistently required.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings desired.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work required.
- Must be able to read, write, and verbally effectively communicate in the business language (English).
- Flexibility when it comes to working hours required.
