About the role

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We're looking for a Customer Experience Trainer to join our Customers team. Reporting to the Training Director, you will design and deliver professional, easy-to-follow training to the Implementation and Account Management teams, helping them develop the technical and soft skills required to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

First things first: you will receive comprehensive training on our tools and products, as well as shadowing sessions with the team. Once you're up to speed, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Design and facilitate a comprehensive range of learning programs, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning.
  • Utilise digital tools to create flexible, innovative, and high-impact learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with Retail Customer organisation leadership to proactively identify critical skills and knowledge gaps.
  • Apply tested instructional design theories and practices, combined with adult learning principles, to maximise employee development and training effectiveness.
  • Provide one-on-one professional development training.
  • Contribute directly to the execution of the organisation-wide training strategy.
  • Champion a continuous learning culture throughout the organisation.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • 1-3 years of experience developing and delivering blended learning solutions to business groups.
  • Proven ability to design structured lesson plans, activities, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Familiarity with and practical experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Strong instructional design skills, including hands-on experience with digital authoring tools. We use Articulate 360.
  • Demonstrated ability to use various technologies and media to create engaging learning resources for diverse audiences.
  • A high degree of autonomy and the ability to drive projects forward with limited guidance.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills for successful project work across departments and time zones.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in English. As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

Even better if you have, but not necessary:

  • A formal training qualification.

We know that people are more than what's on their CV. If you're unsure that you have the right profile for the role... hit the 'Apply' button and give it a try!

Be a changemaker

You'll enjoy:

  • A flexible work environment that empowers you to do your best work (3 days a week in office)
  • A culture that celebrates performance
  • The chance to make an impact in a team that's big enough for career growth, but lean enough to make your voice heard
  • Career-defining opportunities

Plus benefits designed to keep you happy, healthy and fulfilled.

  • Flexible paid time off and remote work policies
  • Equity options, because this is your company too
  • Contributions to your pension plan. Your future matters
  • Training opportunities to grow your skills and career
  • Health and wellness credit so you feel your best
  • Time off to volunteer and give back to your community
  • Interest groups, employee led networks, social committees to sponsored sports teams
  • Computer purchase program to get your personal Macbook
  • Enhanced parental leave to support growing families
  • Etc…
