We’re currently looking for a Detailer to join our team at Kelowna Cadillac. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy keeping vehicles in top condition, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead
- Wash, vacuum, and polish vehicles to a showroom‑ready standard
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings to management
- Organize and maintain the lot, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed
- Apply dealership branding to vehicles and ensure fuel levels are ready for delivery
- Assist with vehicle movement, dealer trades, and inventory organization
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist with light groundskeeping as needed
Performance Essentials
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Physically able to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and lifting
- Experience with vehicle detailing processes is an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clear abstract; ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
