Company: Professional Regulator Toronto, ON | Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) Salary: $82,900 – $103,700

Our client, a leading professional regulator, is seeking an experienced Education Program Manager to join their Student Services team on a 12-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of one of Canada's most respected professions while supporting the success of thousands of students across Ontario.
As both a regulator and membership organization, this leading client plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the professional designation while supporting over 105,000 members and 19,000 students. This role sits at the intersection of education, governance, student success, and professional excellence.
What You'll Do
Lead the delivery and administration of the Professional Education Program initiatives Manage facilitators and mentors, including onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing support Oversee academic integrity investigations and ensure fair and consistent application of policies Support students through complex inquiries and contribute to an exceptional learner experience
What we are looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning & development, student services, or a related field Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
