We are looking for an engaging Customer Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to customers. In this role, you will educate end-users, administrators, and partners on our SaaS platform, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to be successful. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live virtual and in-person training sessions for customers and partners.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, and video tutorials.
- Adapt training approaches based on audience needs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve training content and delivery.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams to align training with customer needs and product updates.
- Assist in the development of self-paced learning modules and certification programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the product, keeping up to date with new features and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer training, instructional design, or technical education.
- Experience delivering training in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex topics into simple concepts.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions.
