We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support our growing team. This role combines full-cycle recruitment with core HR administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job postings.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- Prepare offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
- Coordinate training sessions, compliance tracking, and employee engagement activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications:

2+ years of HR experience, preferably in an automotive or retail

Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

Familiarity with employment standards and labor laws.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
