About the role
Job description: With our expansive growth, National Shunt Service LTD (NSSL) is looking to expand our Training and Development team. NSSL is hiring a Bilingual Learning & Development Specialist responsible for supporting the design development of programs necessary to facilitate content for online, instructor led and blended delivery models. In collaboration with key business stakeholders, the incumbent will develop and continually improve course materials.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop interactive content using various multimedia platforms
- Conduct needs analysis, identify learner performance gaps, make recommendations for improving/revising existing training classes and programs
- Research and implement technology solutions for use in learning programs
- Acts as in-house champion on training and development, seeks to continuously drive improvement to the learning experience
- Administrative follow up with stakeholders and payroll
- Any additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Recent Graduate
- Above average communication skills
- Bilingual in French

We manage in excess of 400,000 shipment movements per month for some of the leading name brand manufacturers and major retailers in North America.
