Reports To: Concessions Manager

Indirect Report To: Vending Stand Lead

Employment Type: Seasonal – Union

Rate Type: Hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Beer Vendors and Food Vendors with stocking, restocking, and replenishing product during events.
  • Support inventory distribution and ensure accurate counts are tracked and verified.
  • Provide backup to vendors in handling guest service requests, including product retrieval and transaction support.
  • Operate and support mobile payment devices in accordance with Legends’ cashless policies.
  • Maintain proper uniform, grooming, and appearance standards at all times.
  • Ensure that all food and alcohol service complies with company, facility, and provincial regulations.
  • Keep vending areas and storage spaces clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of vending operations before and after events.
  • Report equipment, inventory, or service issues promptly to the Vending Stand Lead.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Vending Stand Lead or management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Smart Serve certification required (due to alcohol handling).
  • Prior experience in concessions, food service, or stadium vending is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with handheld POS devices and contactless payment systems.
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods, including navigating stairs and ramps.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a minimum of 80% of scheduled events
