Agriculture Sales Representative (Field-Based / Relationship Sales)
Location: Yorkton, SK
Compensation: Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Mileage
The Role: High Independence. Boots-on-the-ground. Relationship-first.
Where the Deal is Done: In the Shop, the Truck, and the Field.
At Flaman, we don’t believe in "desk-bound" sales. Our customers are busy running operations, so we go to them. We are looking for an Agriculture Sales Representative who understands that trust is built on a farmyard, not over an automated email.

What Your Week Looks Like:
- Relationship Building: You’ll spend your time visiting customers on their home turf. You’re there to listen, ask the right questions, and solve problems, not just "push product."
- Solution Selling: You’ll manage the full sales cycle with confidence & support from the team where you need it.
- Full-Circle Service: You’ll coordinate with our rentals, parts, and service teams to ensure that when a farmer buys from you, they are supported for life.
- Territory Growth: You’ll be out there building your own "pipeline" and reputation. In this role, your name in the community is your greatest asset.

- You Speak "Farm": Whether you grew up on one, or have worked in the industry, you understand the timing, the pressure, and the language of the prairies.
- You’re a Self-Starter: You don’t need a boss hovering over you. You enjoy the "chase" of finding new opportunities and the satisfaction of a closed deal.
