You Are:
Management Consulting professionals advise, design and implement transformational solutions in our specialist functional and industry areas. The Management Consulting Manager designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.
The candidate will be a Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending industry.
Large wholesale lenders are investing heavily in modernizing their business and technology to optimize straight-through processing, enhance client and employee experience, and reduce cost of ownership within the origination and portfolio monitoring space.
Accenture is growing our practice to help our clients navigate their transformational journeys. The Commercial Credit Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our lending offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects.
Skills include:

Banking industry experience within business, commercial, or corporate lending segments.

Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Wholesale credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, and portfolio monitoring.

Commercial lending platforms expertise (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS)
-
Provides solutions to complex business problems for areas(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Successful track record of leading complex commercial banking management/technology consulting teams across the solution delivery lifecycle.
-
Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility
-
Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involve negotiating or influencing significant matters.
The Work

Re-imagine world-class operating models for Wholesale credit institutions.
-
Manage Wholesale credit systems implementation for a workstream (e.g., scope, cost, schedule, etc.)

Develop of our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings.

Help define the value of a transformation, and how to measure and track success
-
Facilitate design thinking and/or customer journey workshops to support development of a transformation roadmap and/or strategy
-
Manage the definition of the practices, processes, toolsets, and operations for one or more transformation domains
-
Build strong relationships with clients that extend beyond individual projects, including beginning to develop C-suite relationships while serving as a true trusted advisor
-
Balance understanding client needs and desires with presenting an informed and convincing perspective in the interests of the client’s business
-
Drive thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital efforts, building a following with similar expertise
-
Identify and advance ideas for new business opportunities
-
Drive business development by architecting and developing proposals and SOWs
-
Identify creative and hard-to-find data sources and refine hypothesis through interviews

Here’s What You Need:

5+ years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
-
3+ years commercial credit (sales, origination, fulfillment, portfolio monitoring) experience and expertise, along with corresponding banking systems
-
Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing resources on complex commercial credit transformation programs
-
A bachelor’s degree

Must be willing to travel

You’ve got an advanced degree or financial industry certification
