Primary Responsibilities
- Management of ongoing client relationships, identification and delivery of client service requirements.
- Provision of tax planning, tax advice and other advisory services
- Independent management of workflow and client portfolios.
- Preparation and review of client compliance work, including financial statements and tax returns.
- Mentorship and supervision of junior accounting staff
Candidate Profile
- CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion)
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in public practice accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software (training available if required)
- Prior experience with clients in the property, building, or construction sectors is advantageous but not essential
