About the role

The digital delivery team operates as a centralized capability, partnering with multiple business units to design, build, and maintain high-impact enterprise platforms and products. These solutions support critical functions such as identity and access management, secure transactions, and digital service enablement across the organization.
Tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions for enterprise platforms and digital products
- Implement and support data systems and databases aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Apply security best practices and ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and organizational standards
- Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments
- Monitor application performance, identify issues, and proactively resolve performance and security risks
- Continuously improve systems by modernizing technologies, reducing technical debt, and addressing vulnerabilities
- Maintain development artifacts, technical documentation, and process standards
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and support iterative, user-centered delivery approaches
Requirements
- Strong experience in full stack application development
- Solid understanding of modern frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
- Experience working in agile, product-focused delivery environments
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise compliance requirements
- Experience collaborating with DevOps teams and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
