About the role
A career as an Advisor OTC Regulatory Project in the Capital Operations (CMO) team means acting as a specialist in regulatory reporting of over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives. Your Role
- Collaborate with key partners, including Operations, IT, and Compliance, to understand regulatory requirements and assess their impact on current solutions
- Contribute to the development of sustainable solutions to address regulatory and operational challenges
- Document requirements and business rules, and work closely with internal and external development teams to update product mappings
- Execute tests to validate functionality, identify and report anomalies, and ensure quality through regression testing
- Act as an advisory resource for the operational team by sharing regulatory and product expertise
- Maintain complete and structured documentation on specifications, procedures, and follow-ups
- Attend and monitor industry calls (DTCC, ISDA, etc.) to stay informed about best practices and regulatory developments
Your Team
As part of the CMO – Regulatory Project team, you will be working with 9 colleagues and will report to the Senior Director, Regulatory Project. You will play an important role in maintaining quality standards, consistently bringing forward ideas for efficiency, automation, and process standardization. Our team stands out for its expertise in developing automated solutions, the quality of its execution, and the accuracy of its regulatory deliverables. We collaborate closely with several key partners, in an environment where rigor and teamwork are essential.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in financial markets or in a similar role at a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives (swaps, options, forwards, etc.)
- Knowledge of applicable regulations for derivatives reporting (AMF, CFTC, SEC, etc.)
- Proficiency with software such as JIRA, Murex, and Microsoft Excel.
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to collaborate with a regulator/authority/government body outside Quebec.
