About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a creative, experience driven retail organization seeking a Digital Experience Coordinator to support the creation, launch, and ongoing management of digital experiences connected to events. This role sits at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and user experience, helping ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the quality, values, and immersive nature of the brand.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with creative, brand experience, regional, and technical teams to deliver seamless and engaging digital platforms. You will play a hands on role in shaping how audiences interact with event related websites and tools, contributing to experiences that feel thoughtful, intuitive, and impactful.

Your Responsibilities
- You will support event website builds through structured data entry, asset management, localization, testing, and content updates.
- You will prepare and organize digital assets, including copy, imagery, video, and service listings, in partnership with creative and regional teams.
- You will enhance web content through thoughtful copywriting aligned with brand tone and user experience best practices.
- You will manage bookings, waitlists, and related data to support digital and in person event operations.
- You will independently manage small scale event site builds from setup through launch and maintenance.
- You will create digital analytics reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- You will collaborate with internal teams and third party vendors to maintain templates, workflows, and resolve platform issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience managing digital platforms, websites, or online experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Hands on experience with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, with experience proofreading or copy editing; copywriting experience is an asset.
- Comfort working with design tools such as Figma and familiarity with UX, QA, and UAT best practices.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and confident working across creative, technical, and business teams.
