YOUR IMPACTWe are seeking a Cloud Applications Lead to manage and support enterprise applications hosted in our private cloud environment. This role combines technical expertise, incident leadership, and customer interaction. You will ensure application health, drive stability and reliability, and serve as a key point of escalation during major incidents.You will collaborate closely with customers, product teams, and infrastructure teams, bringing both hands-on troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide clear technical leadership under pressure.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS Application Operations& ReliabilityMonitor application health using alerts, logs, and dashboards; proactively identify and resolve issues.Own the day-to-day stability and performance of cloud-hosted applications.Apply SRE-inspired practices to maintain service reliability.

Incident& Service ManagementAct as technical lead during critical incidents, coordinating across teams and stakeholders.Handle escalations for complex service requests and technical issues.Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes.

Customer InteractionEngage directly with enterprise customers during incidents and service requests.Communicate technical issues and resolutions in a clear, professional manner.

Technical Growth& Product ExpertiseBuild deep knowledge of supported applications over time.Develop troubleshooting expertise for Kubernetes-based applications.Continuously improve operational runbooks, monitoring, and automation. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Strong background in cloud-based application management.Experience supporting enterprise applications in a private or hybrid cloud environment.Knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s), containerized applications, and related troubleshooting.Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk).Experience leading critical incident response and managing multi-team coordination.Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to learn product-specific details and apply them in troubleshooting and support.

Nice to HaveExposure to DevOps / SRE practices (CI/CD, automation, IaC).Experience with cloud-native ecosystems and microservices architectures.Previous leadership in an application support or operations team.
