About the role
As a Pedagogical Advisor - 38 weeks - maternity replacement, you will play a key role in the coordination and harmonization of pedagogical practices. Your main mission will be to support pedagogical development, accompany teachers in their professional development and contribute to the curriculum development of the programmes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and adaptation of online, flex (comodal), blended or face-to-face courses;
- Supporting teachers and program teams in carrying out educational projects;
- Initiate, advise and train teachers in the use of digital educational applications;
- Guide teachers in their professional development and promote pedagogical training;
- Coordinate projects, files and training programs for teachers;
- Contribute to the development and updating of pedagogical tools, institutional documents and learning assessment tools;
- Participate in the development, implementation, evaluation and harmonization of study programs;
- Verify the application of educational policies and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in education, pedagogy, educational technology or related field;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in training, teaching or similar duties;
- Knowledge of the higher education environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to manage multiple projects or files simultaneously;
- Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills;
- Openness, flexibility and solution-oriented;
- Fluency in the French language (oral and written);
- Proficiency in the English language at a professional level (oral and written).
This role involves interacting with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
