About the role
About the Role We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Equipment Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience operating loaders, trucks, and reach stackers in a fast-paced industrial or yard environment. A valid Class 1 license or Air Brake (Q) endorsement is required.
Responsibilities Operate loaders, trucks, and reach stackers safely and efficiently Load, unload, move, and stack materials and containers Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Follow all site safety procedures and company policies Assist with yard organization and material handling Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and ground personnel Work in varying weather and site conditions Qualifications Valid Class 1 driver’s license and/or Air Brake (Q) endorsement Experience operating: Wheel loaders Trucks Reach stackers Strong understanding of safe equipment operation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Previous industrial, warehouse, or logistics experience considered an asset What We Offer Competitive salary: $145,000–$160,000, commensurate with experience. Overtime opportunities Supportive team environment Camp and food Flights paid 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off rotation This opportunity is available to candidates in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Halifax, and St. John's.
