Inventory Control Coordinator
About the role
Position Summary
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, this position is responsible for receiving inbound loads, generating and completing cycle counts, RMA inspections and performing inventory adjustments.
Position Functions
- Inspects and receives inbound loads
- Responsible for conducting Inventory walks/checks
- Input receiving documents into system
- Responsible for tag maintenance
- Coordinate movement of material from overflow to primary stock locations
- Make inventory adjustments as necessary
- Managing daily reports such as cycle counts, can’t locate, etc.
- Communicate with supervisors daily on all inventory matters
- Problem solving for any inaccuracies in shipments and report discrepancies
- Assist in test report maintenance
Working Conditions
The successful incumbent will be working 40+ hours per week in an office setting and shop. On-going use of computers is required. Walking the shop and climbing on trailers is required.
