What will your typical day look like? As a Legal Operations Manager, in addition to supporting each of our legal functions, you also will provide legal support, guidance and support for our business processes, services and technologies across the Global Office of General Counsel (Global OGC,) including in the areas of project management, knowledge management, and technology (such as CLM, Service Now).

Support for our DRE (Disputes, Regulatory and Employment), TBS (Technology & Business Solutions), and Corporate Affairs legal teams:

  • Monitor and action incoming work via shared inboxes (e.g., email, ServiceNow) and other platforms.
  • Enable and streamline operational processes for the Global OGC teams, including assisting with tracking team KPIs.
  • Oversee specialized administrative functions, including maintaining electronic databases and privileged files.
  • Proofread, redline, and maintain/update form files.
  • Participate in or support Global OGC special projects as required.
  • Perform various tasks around reporting & process improvement
  • Build presentations in PowerPoint for internal and external audiences, including senior leadership, and support the development of presentations and leadership reporting through providing data analysis, status updated and additional information as needed
  • Serve as OGC liaison to key internal stakeholders including the Brand team, Office of the CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, or other enabling area functions such as Deloitte Technology, Global Finance, Global Talent to facilitate the flow of information between teams and build rapports

About The Team Global General Counsel provides legal guidance and expertise to Deloitte Global, the broader Deloitte organization, and our business leaders. We advise on regulatory, claims, and corporate legal matters, as well as additional issues that may pose novel or unique situations.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience at a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Client interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships and manage stakeholders
  • High level of discretion and sound judgment
  • Accustomed to applying independent judgment, performing under pressure, meeting deadlines, and working in a fast-paced global environment
  • Experience supporting multiple corporate transactional attorneys
  • Experience on trademarks renewal process is preferred
  • Data management or project management experience
  • Demonstrable command of the MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Previous experience working with technology is a plus (Service Now Legal Delivery Services module)

Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
