Job Summary What they'll actually do Own end-to-end solution Design for ECRM Salesforce features across our quarterly release cadence within a Squad - feature assessments, complete solution design, sign-off as Solution Designer on the releases alongside squad team members and product owner. Translate business intent into shippable Salesforce designs, coordinate across dev leads, and partner with Azure and Salesforce development through approval. Extend beyond Salesforce — orchestrate cross-app data flows across Client 360 with backends spanning products, servicing, Cards Maintenance, AML, ePresentment, Client Alerts, and broader SBU integrations. Contribute to Client 360, Scheduler, complaints, KYC, contact-centre enablement, and our agentic/AI roadmap (not using Agentforce or Data Cloud). Drive design patterns, actively support risk/compliance, and influence delivery efforts to "build once, reuse many" discipline.
Must-haves on the resume 3+ years of enterprise tech delivery. 5+ years hands-on Salesforce (Service, Sales, Experience Cloud). Proven Salesforce solution architecture on regulated enterprise programs — banking/FS strongly preferred. Integration depth beyond Salesforce: Azure Integration Services (Data Factory, APIM, Service Bus, ADLS, SQL), Databricks, Purview/Unity Catalog. Track record on quarterly release cadences and formal SDLC artifacts (HLD, solution design, ADDs). Strong written/verbal — they'll be presenting designs.
Nice-to-haves Salesforce Architect certifications + a cloud cert (Azure preferred). Exposure to Data Cloud and LLM/RAG patterns. CRM/Client 360 in retail banking, KYC, contact centre. Where to disqualify fast Pure enterprise architect with no hands-on Salesforce platform fundamentals. Admin/config-level Salesforce only, no integration or cross-platform orchestration depth. No experience holding a Solution Designer accountability on a regulated release.
