Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Associate Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. You will collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers to deliver innovative design solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design: Develop conceptual designs and mood boards that align with client goals and project requirements.

• Space Planning: Create space plans, including furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material specifications.

• Material and Finishes Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings while considering functionality, budget, and aesthetic preferences.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is carried through to construction and installation phases.

• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and address concerns.

• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a design firm or architectural practice.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in space planning, material selection

• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Knowledge: Understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Creativity: Ability to innovate and develop unique design solutions that meet client needs.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and interact with clients and team members.

• Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
